Our Story
The property management branch of Ramsay Realty (now Complete Property Management) has been in the property management business for 55 + years. I personally have been the property manager for 22 of those years. I have a vast knowledge of rural properties as well as homes in town and vacation rentals. Boasting some of the top selling agents in the valley giving us a large client base for buying, selling and renting, many of these clients become potential tenants for month to month and short term rentals as well as land leasing, while searching for the perfect home to purchase. The two businesses complement each other in many ways. We are an icon in the Applegate Valley, well established, sometimes serving three generations.
